Air condition & Heating
All our rooms are equipped with an individual temperature setting for your comfort. Please use the wall mounted regulator to set the air conditioning. If you need any assistance or you have questions about the system please contact our Reception for help.
Vilnius Airport is about 42 km away from the hotel and it takes 40-50 minutes by car. If you would like us to arrange for an airport transfer the reception team is more than happy to help you in this matter.
We have some baby beds available, if you need one, please contact Reception.
If you wish to spend a time alone, we can arrange you a babysitter for your children, so you can enjoy your free time together. For details please contact the reception.
You can find your bathrobes in your room. Also, you do not need to take bathrobes from your room to the SPA, you will find bathrobes at the SPA changing rooms.
A good night sleep is very important. For this reason, our comfortable beds are equipped with 100% synthetic pillows and duvets. There is also a soft blanket available in your main cupboard.
We can provide you a rug to step out from bed. If you wish to receive it, please call the Reception.

If you would like to use PC, you can find one at the reception area.
The hotel parking area is free of charge. You can leave your car key at the reception in order your car to be parked by our valet. We would like to inform you that the hotel is not liable for cars or any objects left in the car!

Check out time is 12.00 o’clock, noon. The Reception will assist you to store your luggage if you would like to spend more time at the resort before going to the airport. If you require a later check out or wish to extend your stay please contact Reception.
Choice of pillows

Our Reception and Concierge desk team assists with all your requests and wishes. Table bookings, restaurant recommendations, flower arrangements, Theatre and Museum tickets as well as mailing your correspondence or arranging sightseeing.

“Do not Disturb”
In case you do not wish to be disturbed, please leave the “Do not disturb” sign on the outside doorknob. if you do not want to receive any telephone calls, please inform the reception. Internal room-to-room calls cannot be prevented.
Fitness Room / Gym
Our Fitness Room is located on the ‘-1’ floor, in the ‘C’ building. You can find changing room card close to the fitness room. Opening hours: 7:00-23:00. In our fitness area we provide fresh towels for your usage. If you need further help please contact SPA Reception.
Our Housekeeping team is at your service at all times. Should you require an extra towel, an extra pillow or an ironing board please let us know. For extra cleaning service of your room please also contact the Reception.
Please contact the reception if you wish to have delivered the iron and ironing board.
We can provide you ironing service, please tick in the appropriate box on the laundry list, found in your wardrobe.
Laundry Service is available daily from 8:00-20:00. Please fill the form, leave your laundry on the bed in the laundry bag and call 100 (Reception) for the Housekeeping to collect. Do not forget to mark the service you prefer.
We change the linen every 3rd night. If you wish to receive daily linen change, please call the Reception!
Lost & Found
All found items are stored in our Reception department for 3 months. Please contact our Reception team if you are missing something.

Medical Service/ Pharmacy
If you require medical help please contact Reception. The nearest pharmacy is located in Trakai, 14 km from Esperanza. Please ask Reception for opening times and further assistance.

The minibar is replenished daily, all consumption will be charged to your room account. Please indicate your last day’s consumption at the front desk upon check-out.
Daily newspapers are at your disposal at the breakfast restaurant La Terraza and SPA area.
We have shaving kits, dental kits and lady sets available upon request for an extra charge. Simply call Reception and it will be brought to your room. If you need anything else please also contact our Reception team and they will be more than happy to assist.

Breakfast restaurant La Terraza: Mon-Fri 7:30 – 10:30, Sat-Sun 8:00-11:30;

All our rooms are equipped with an in- room safe. You find it in your main wardrobe. Please follow the instructions on the front side of the safe. The hotel does not take responsibility for any items not placed in the in-room safe.
Sauna and steam bath
To relax after a long day, we are more than happy to present you our Saunas. The use of all our wellness facilities including swimming pool, steam bath, sauna, collagen and vitamin D lamp, infrared chairs, gym is free of charge for our hotel guests. Sauna may be used only for their own responsibility.
We arrange small tailor works during weekdays. Otherwise we can provide you with a Mending Kit. For further information please contact Reception.

Shopping in Vilnius
To enjoy a shopping through Vilnius please contact Reception. Our team will provide you with all information about the most famous shopping malls. Shopping tours are organized by Baltic Concierge Agency and are extra charge.
Smoking is only allowed outside. Please be informed that the hotel is entitled to charge you 5000 € penalty for forbidden smoking.
If you wish to do out-door activities, we can lend you some accessories for it, e.g. football, badminton set, bicycle etc. For further details please contact Reception.
Swimming Pool / Wellness area
Wellness area – swimming pool, steam bath, sauna, collagen and vitamin D lamp, infrared chairs, gym opening hours: 7:00-23.00 for hotel guests and 9:00-21:00 for outside guests. Fresh bath towels are available for you in the changing room. All our wellness facilities are free of charge for the hotel guests.
